密封油含气量对氢冷发电机氢气纯度影响研究

［摘要］氢冷发电机氢气纯度下降会导致发电机过热、绝缘材料老化甚至损毁、发电及冷却效率降

低，是发电机安全及经济运行的一大隐患。本文通过模拟发电机内氢气和密封油间的气体

扩散试验，得到保持发电机氢气纯度在96%以上时密封油含气体积分数应控制在4%以内

的结论。该研究成果可用于运行中密封油的质量监控，有助于保持氢冷发电机氢气纯度的

稳定，同时可作为运行中密封油质量标准修订的依据和数据支撑。

Abstract:Thedeclineofhydrogenpurityisamajorhiddendangerforsafetyandeconomicoperationofhydrogen-

cooledgenerator,whichwillleadtothereducingefficiencyofgeneratingandcooling,theagingandevendamage

ofinsulationmaterial.Throughtestsimulatingthegasdiffusionbetweenhydrogenandsealingoil,itisfoundthat

thegasvolumefractionofsealingoilshouldbecontrolledwithin4%,sothatthehydrogenpuritycanbekeptabove

96%.Theresearchachievementcanbeusedforqualitymonitoringandcontrolofsealingoilinoperation,andis
