摘要：针对研究生创新人培养过程中出现的问题，基于科教融合理念，通过构建灵活的研究生学分制度，建立由本科生、

研究生、导师共同组成的科研创新梯队，基于本硕贯通的创新工程平台，以研究生的学习和实践活动为主体，在完成科研项目的同时，锻

炼研究生自主学习和科研创新能力。在这一过程中，结合线上线下教学手段、课程资源建设、产学研项目及创新平台建设，为研究生创新

人培养提供支撑与支持。这种科教融合的梯队创新人培养模式为新工科背景下研究生人培养提供一种可行模式，具有重要的实

践意义。

Abstract:Inviewoftheproblemsintheprocessofcultivatingthepersonneltrainingforinnovationforpostgraduates,this

paperestablishesascientificresearchinnovationecheloncomposedofundergraduates,postgraduatesandtutorsby

constructingaflexiblecreditsystemforpostgraduates,basedontheconceptofintegrationofscienceandeducation.On

theinnovativeengineeringplatformofundergraduateandpostgraduatestudents,ittakespostgraduatestudyandpractical

activitiesasthemainbody.Whilecompletingscientificresearchprojects,postgraduatescanexercisetheirindependent

learningandscientificresearchinnovationability.Inthisprocess,onlineandofflineteachingmethods,curriculum

resourceconstruction,industry-university-researchprojectsandinnovationplatformconstructionarecombinedtoprovide
