高职护生人文关能力现状及其影响因素分析

摘要目的：了解高职护生人文关怀能力现状并探讨其影响因素为护理教育者培养护生人文关怀能力提供参考。方法：采用一般

资料问卷、人文关怀能力量表、情绪力量表、大学生职业成熟度量表和学校环境量表对935名护生进行调查。结果：高职护生人

文关怀能力总分为（193.10依40.40）分处于中等水平。多元线性回归分析显示高职护生人文关怀能力的主要影响因素为职业成熟

度、情绪力和学校环境（P0.05）。结论：高职护生的人文关怀能力仍有提升空间。护理教育者强化职业成熟度培养，提升情绪

力优化学校环境根据不同学生的特点和需求针对性地采用教学措施以有效提高护生的人文关怀能力。

AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatethecurrentsituationofhumanisticcareabilityofhighervocationalnursingstudents
