推筒支撑座国产化加工技术的研究与应用

摘要:推筒支撑座是高铁车辆制动系统的基础制动单元中的关键零部件。为改善该零件的关键配合面、摩擦面的表面硬

度和耐磨性,提高产品可靠性和疲劳寿命,加快国产化加工进程,文中在该零件的批量生产过程中采用了感应加热、表面淬火的工艺,

完成了感应圈设计、淬火数控程序的设计,获得了良好的产品质量,取得了很好的经济效益。
