一种镨钕合金锭抛刷流水线的结构设计

摘要：镨钕合金锭表面起伏明显，抛刷时产生大量粉尘，既不利于抛刷质量控制，又影响手工操作工人的身体健康，且易导致安全

问题。为了解决这一问题，设计了一种用于自动化生产的镨钕合金锭表面抛刷流水线结构。抛刷流水线结构主要包括进料皮带输送机、

转运机、抛刷机组和出料皮带输送机等，可以完成对镨钕合金锭的取料、抛刷、卸料等生产过程。该流水线可替代人工操作，不仅提高了生产

效率，还增强了生产安全性，可在稀土金属生产领域进行应用推广。

Abstract:Thesurfaceofpraseodymium-neodymiumalloyingotsfluctuatesobviously,andalargeamountofdustisgenerated

duringpolishingandbrushing,whichisnotconducivetothequalitycontrolofpolishingandbrushing,butalsoeasilyaffects

thehealthofmanualoperators,andiseasytoleadtosafetyproblems.Inordertosolvethisproblem,apolishingandbrushing

assemblylinestructureisdesignedforautomaticproductionofpraseodymium-neodymiumalloyingots.Thepolishingand

brushingassemblylinestructuremainlyincludesafeedingbeltconveyor,atransfermachine,apolishingandbrushingunit

andadischargingbeltconveyor,etc.,whichcancompletetheproductionprocessofreclaiming,polishingandbrushing,and

unloadingofpraseodymiumneodymiumalloyingots.Theassemblylinecanreplacemanualoperation,whichnotonly

improvesproductionefficiency,butalsoenhancesproductionsafety,andcanbeappliedandpromotedinthefieldofrare

earthmetalproduction.
