柱塞泵振动高故障分析与处理

【摘要】柱塞泵作为该生产模式中的关键设备之一，具有输送压力大、流量稳定、结构紧凑等

优点。因此，在石油、化工、食品等行业中具有广泛的应用前景。虽然柱塞泵在许多领域都

有广泛的应用，但在实际运行过程中，仍会出现诸如振动高的典型问题。通过对介质带气、

下游流程背压高、备件异常磨损原因、不对中等方面的综合分析，为柱塞泵的故障诊断和处

理提供理论依据和技术支持。

【Abstract】Asoneofthekeyequipmentinthisproductionmode,theplungerpumphasthe

advantagesofhighconveyingpressure,stableflowrate,andcompactstructure.Therefore,ithasa

widerangeofapplicationprospectsinindustriessuchaspetroleum,chemical,andfood.Although

plungerpumpshaveawiderangeofapplicationsinmanyfields,typicalproblemssuchashigh

vibrationstilloccurduringactualoperation.Throughcomprehensiveanalysisofthecausesand

deviationsofmediumentrainment,highbackpressureindownstreamprocesses,abnormalwearof

spareparts,etc.,theoreticalbasisandtechnicalsupportareprovidedforthefaultdiagnosisand

treatmentofplungerpumps.
