BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性BODIPY-cholesterol(solution)是⼀种带有荧光BODIPY基团的亲脂性和细胞通透性胆固醇类似物。BODIPY-

cholesterol可⽤于监测细胞内固醇摄取和细胞器间固醇通量。(激发/发射波长:505/515nm)。

1.1Stocksolution

Storage:Afteraliquoting,storeat-20°Cor-80°Cinthedarkandavoidrepeatedfreezingandthawing.

1.2Preparationofworkingsolution

DilutewithPBS(orotherbuffer).Thecorrespondingstocksolutioncanbedilutedaccordingtotheactual

situation.NotethatifthesolventisDMSO,thecytotoxicityofDMSOmustbeconsidered,andasolvent

controlshouldbeprepared;ifthesolventispurewater,theworkingsolutionneedstobefilteredand

sterilizedbeforeaddingcells.
