⽣物活性BODIPY581/591C11(solution)是⼀种BODIPY氟硼荧衍⽣物，具有良好的光稳定性、低荧光伪影特质。

BODIPY581/591C11常⽤于活细胞内脂质过氧化和抗氧化性能的研究，或与羟基⾃由基反应、检测铁死亡(

ferroptosis)。BODIPY581/591C11本⾝为红⾊荧光(还原型；Ex=581nm,Em=591nm)，与脂质结合后会产

⽣绿⾊荧光(氧化型；Ex=500nm,Em=510nm)。

dilutedaccordingtotheactualsituation.NotethatifthesolventisDMSO,thecytotoxicityofDMSOmustbe

considered,andasolventcontrolshouldbeprepared;ifthesolventispurewater,theworkingsolutionneeds

tobefilteredandsterilizedbeforeaddingcells.
