可拆式平板电脑外框注射模设计

摘要：探讨了可拆式平板电脑外框的注射模结构设计，分析了模流分析与模具结构设计对成型效果及

塑件成型质量的综合影响，通过对3种不同浇注系统方案的比较，确定了最佳注射方案，以提升生产效

率与塑件成型质量。研究表明，合理的模具设计不仅能有效避免成型缺陷，还能提高模具的使用便捷

性与稳定性，分体式斜推及全周滑块的设计提高了制品成型精度，降低了缺陷率，为塑件的市场竞争力

奠定了基础。

Abstract:Itexploredthestructuraldesignofinjectionmouldfordetachabletabletcomputerenclo‐

sures,focusedonthecomprehensiveimpactofmouldflowanalysisandmouldstructuredesignon

mouldingeffectsandproductmouldingquality.Bycomparingthreedifferentinjectionschemes,

theoptimalinjectionsolutionwasidentifiedtoenhanceproductionefficiencyandproductmould‐

ingquality.Theresearchdemonstratedthatreasonablemoulddesigncouldeffectivelyavoid

mouldingdefectswhileimprovingtheusabilityandstabilityofthemould.Thedesignofthesplit-

corepinandthefull-circumferencesliderimprovedmouldingprecisionandreduceddefectrates,

whichlaidasolidfoundationfortheproductsmarketcompetitiveness.
