万华福建“无感物流”智能化革新实践与

摘要：在全球化工行业竞争加剧与低碳转型加速的背景下，万华化学(福建)有限公司创新提出“无感物流”模式，通过

数字化技术与精益管理的深度融合，重构物流流程，实现全流程自动化与智能化。该模式以“零等待、零干预、零抱怨”为

目标，依托流程动态并联、区块链技术等手段，优化车辆调度、装车效率与信息协同。实践表明，物流时间效率显著提升，

人工成本有效降低，车辆周转率与客户交付准时率明显提高，为化工行业物流体系转型升级提供了高效、安全的实践路

径，兼具经济效益与社会效益。

Abstract:Underthebackgroundofincreasingcompetitionintheglobalchemicalindustryandacceleratingthetransformationof

lowcarbon,WanhuaChemical(Fujian)Co.,Ltd.innovatesthe“senselesslogistics”mode.Throughthedeepintegrationofdigital

technologyandleanmanagement,itrestructuresthelogisticsprocessandrealizestheautomationandintelligenceofthewhole

process.Withthegoalof“zerowaiting,zerointerventionandzerocomplaint”,themodelreliesondynamicparallelprocess,

blockchaintechnologyandothermeanstooptimizevehiclescheduling,loadingeff iciencyandinformationcollaboration.The

practiceshowsthatthelogisticstimeeff iciencyissignif icantlyimproved,thelaborcostiseffectivelyreduced,thevehicleturnover

rateandthecustomerdeliveryontimeratearesignif icantlyimproved,whichprovidesaneff icientandsafepracticalpathforthe

transformationandupgradingofthechemicalindustrylogisticssystem,andhasbotheconomicandsocialbenef its.
