ThisServiceContract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintoasof[InsertDate],byandbetween[InsertCompanyName],acompanyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[InsertCountry/State],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinesslocatedat[InsertAddress](hereinafterreferredtoastheCompany),and[InsertTranslationServiceProvider],acompanyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[InsertCountry/State],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinesslocatedat[InsertAddress](hereinafterreferredtoastheTranslationServiceProvider).

1.Services

TheTranslationServiceProvideragreestoprovidetheCompanywithprofessionalEnglishtranslationservices(theServices)fortheCompanysclientservicesdocumentation,marketingmaterials,andanyothermaterialsasrequestedbytheCompany.TheServicesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:

a.TranslationofdocumentsfromEnglishto[TargetLanguage(s)]andviceversa.

b.Proofreading,editing,andqualityassuranceoftranslatedmaterials.

c.Desktoppublishingservicesfortranslateddocuments,asrequired.

d.Localizationofsoftwareandwebsites,ifapplicable.

2.ProjectScopeandtimelines

a.TheCompanyshallprovidetheTranslationServiceProviderwithadetaileddescriptionoftheprojectscope,includingthenumberofwords,thesubjectmatter,andanyspecificrequirementsorinstructions.

b.TheTranslationServiceProvidershallsubmitaproposaloutliningtheestimatedtimeline,projectcosts,andanyadditionalresourcesrequiredtocompletetheproject.

c.TheCompanyandtheTranslationServiceProvidershallmutuallyagreeuponthefinalprojecttimelineandmilestones,andtheTranslationServiceProvidershalladheretotheagreedupondeadlines.

d.Intheeventofanydelaysorunforeseencircumstancesthatmayimpacttheprojecttimeline,theTranslationServiceProvidershallpromptlynotifytheCompanyandmakereasonableeffortstomitigate
