摘要：羊面肺子是深受人们喜爱的新疆特色美食，罐装通常以手工完成，制作需要3~5h。为了降低罐装成本，提高罐装效

率，文中基于PLC压力反馈控制系统、制备面酱（面在水中的溶解物）系统、输送对接系统，设计了一种羊面肺子灌装机。该机器

通过压力反馈值来控制灌装速度和压力。面酱系统制备面水，利用清洗灌装系统同时实现五个羊肺的清洗灌装，可连续工作。输送系

统完成自动输送、计量和对接。面肺子灌装机实现了自动输送、自动对接和自动清洗灌装功能。与人工灌装相比，该灌装机生产效率

显著提高了60%，而且确保了羊面肺子的质量和卫生标准。在食品加工行业中，它具有广阔的应用前景。
