ABSTRACT:ThispaperinvestigatestheimpactofgeoeconomicfragmentationontradeflowsintheCaucasus
andCentralAsia(CCA)andMiddleEastandNorthAfrica(MENA)regions.Amidstongoingconflicts,security
threats,thespikeinglobaleconomicuncertainty,andevolvingconsumersentiments,theseregionsfaceintricate
challengesthatnecessitateagilepolicyresponses.Theanalysispresentsthreeillustrativescenarios,examining
theeffectsoftargetedtraderestrictions,tradediversion,andneutralstancesonexportsandeconomicoutput.
