peoplehavetheskillstoharnessthem.AccordingtoGoldmanSachsresearch,1genAIcouldraise

globalGDPby7%(nearly$7trillion)overa10-yearperiod.Yetthatpotentialwillremainunrealized

withoutaworkforcethatisluentinAI,dataand

digitalskillstodeploynewtechnologieseffectively.Drawingondatafromeducationindustryand

workforcetechnologyproviders,aswellas

fromareviewofexistingresearchandin-depth

consultationswithexperts,thisreportdefinesthedigitalskillsneededfortheneweconomy;analysestheglobalsupplyanddemandoftheseskills;

proposesaframeworkforeffectivelyassessing,
