铁道车辆热铆连接的疲劳可靠性分析

摘要:

热铆连接的疲劳可靠性是铁道车辆运行安全的关键因素之一。通过ABAQUS建立了热铆连接有限元模型,模拟了

热铆连接时铆钉的变形过程,根据铁道车辆运行时铆钉的受力情况对热铆后的结构进行静力学分析,通过Miner线性累积

损伤理论和疲劳分析软件FE-SAFE对静力学结果进行疲劳寿命分析,并通过改变铆钉钉杆长度和镦头高度对疲劳寿命进

行预测。结果表明:钉杆长度的改变对疲劳损伤位置有一定的影响;疲劳寿命随铆钉镦头高度的增大呈现先增大后减小的

趋势;钉杆长度和镦头高度对热铆连接可靠性有一定影响,存在最佳铆接参数以提高热铆连接的疲劳可靠性。
