绿色贸易壁垒对我国机电产品的影响分析

摘要

我国机电产品在出口贸易中起到了十分重要的作用。在如今强调低碳经济的国际环境下，许多国家为了

限制不符合绿色环保产品的进口，推出了很多环保法规来限制对外贸易。其中就包括像欧盟的三大绿色

“指令”、欧盟的CE认证等这样的环保法规。本文运用绿色贸易壁垒相关理论对我国机电产品出口的情

况进行调研，分析我国机电产品遭遇到的绿色贸易壁垒的情况，并结合欧盟所推行的法律法规提出我国

机电产品应对欧盟绿色贸易壁垒的对策，以期使我国机电产品在国际市场上获得可持续性的竞争力，进

而促进我国机电产品贸易的发展。

China’smechanicalandelectricalproductsplayavitalroleinexporttrade.Inthecurrentinterna-

tionalenvironmentemphasizingalow-carboneconomy,manycountrieshaveintroducedenviron-

mentalregulationstorestrictforeigntradebylimitingimportsofnon-greenproducts.Thesein-
