国内外高校校友工作研究演化趋势分析

摘要：为了厘清高校校友工作研究的发展脉络，更好地了解国内外校友工作研究的热点和

前沿趋势，借助CiteSpace软件对1995—2023年间国内外校友工作研究进行可视化分析，研究

发现国内外校友工作研究总体差异较大；校友工作研究热点多元化特征明显；校友工作研究领

域有待进一步拓展。建议重视对校友工作的研究，完善合作研究机制；研究主题应向关注校友身

心健康及如何服务校友终生发展方面拓展；从强化高校与校友互动，反哺学校教学改革视角出

发，广泛了解校友所受教育与社会需求的匹配度。未来校友工作研究将从校友工作的数字化与

智能化转型、完善校友参与教育的协同机制、推动校友经济的创新发展等维度深入推进。

Abstract:Inordertoclarifythedevelopmentofalumniworkresearch,andtohelpscholarsbetter

understandthehotspotsandcutting-edgetrendsofalumniworkresearchathomeandabroad,CiteSpace

softwareisusedtoanalyzealumniworkresearchfrom1995to2023.Itfindsthattherearegreat

differencesintheoverallresearchonalumniworkamongdomesticandforeignuniversities,thehotspotsof

researchonalumniworkarediversified,andthefieldofresearchonalumniworkneedstobefurther

expanded.Itissuggestedtoattachimportancetotheresearchonalumniworkandimprovethecooperative

researchmechanism;expandtheresearchtopicstofocusonthephysicalandmenta
