基于BIM技术的装配式建筑EPC成本管理分析

【摘要】针对装配式建筑EPC总承包模式下成本管理中所存在的问题，提出解决成本管理问题的具体措施：在装配式建

筑EPC总承包模式中引用BIM技术，构建基于BIM技术的成本管理体系，可相应降低装配式建筑的成本，从而为解决装配式建

筑成本问题提供思路，推动装配式建筑的发展。
