[摘要]随着科技的进步，人工智能（AI）和智能建造逐步推动建筑行业的转型升级。智能建造通过整合信息技术、自动化和

机器人等先进手段，提高了建筑项目的施工效率、精准度和安全性。AI在建筑设计、施工优化、进度管理等方面发挥着重要

作用，帮助提升决策效率、资源配置和工程质量。然而，尽管AI与智能建造具有巨大的潜力，技术门槛、数据安全与高成本

等问题仍是行业面临的挑战。基于此，文中结合当前技术现状，总结相关应用场景，为技术成熟后在数字化转型和绿色建筑

领域的深度融合提供参考依据。
