Objective:ToassesstheefficacyandsafetyofvariousChinesepatentmedicinesinthetreatmentofdecreasedovarianreserveusingnet-

workmeta-analysis.Methods:PubMed,Embase,theCochraneLibrary,WebofScience,WanfangData,ChinaScientificandTechnological

JournalDatabase(VIP),ChinaBiologyMedicineDisc(CBM),andChinaNationalKnowledgeInfrastructure(CNKI)weresearchedforall

randomizedcontrolledtrials(RCTs)onthetreatmentofdecreasedovarianreservewithChinesepatentmedicinesfromtheinceptionoftheda-

tabasestoOctober2022.Tworesearchersindependentlyscreenedtheliterature,extracteddata,andevaluatedtheriskofbiasoftheincluded

studies.Networkmeta-analysisandrankingdiagramswereperformedusingADDIS1.16.8,whilefunnelplotsweregeneratedwithStatal6.0.
