装船机高速抛料输送带损坏分析

摘要：输送带是装船机抛料装置中的主要承载部件是物料输送中最主要的零件，与物料直接接触，输送带的运

行状况直接决定了装船机整机的装船效率。文中以某4000t/h轨道式装船机为例，介绍了该卸船机的结构及设计

参数，叙述了输送带的磨损、损坏情况，分析问题产生的原因，计算了磨损量并简要提出了改进的措施。研究表明：

在设计时选择合适的输送带种类、降低输送带运行过程中的张力、保护输送带在运行过程中不被划伤、防止输送

带跑偏、选择合理的接头形式、便于维护更换等方面是抛料输送机中输送带选择主要考虑的内容，以达到延长输

送带使用寿命为目的，对抛料装置及整机的正常运行和降低维护成本有很重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Astheprimaryload-bearingcomponentintheshiploader’smaterialkickoutdevice,theconveyorbeltisacrucial

partofthematerialtransportationsystem,beingindirectcontactwiththematerial.Itsperformancedirectlyaffectsthe

loadingefficiencyoftheentireloader.Takinga4,000t/hrailloaderasanexample,thestructureanddesignparametersof

theunloaderareintroduced,descriptionaboutwearanddamagesexperiencedbytheconveyorbeltisgiven,underlying

causesareanalyzed,thewearamountiscalculated,andimprovementmeasuresareputforward.Theresearchindicates

thatwhenselectingaconveyorbeltforamaterialkickoutconveyor,thefollowingkeyconsiderationsshouldbeprioritized:

choosingtheappropriatetypeofconveyorbelt,minimizingtensionduringoperation,protectingthebeltfromscratches,

preventingbeltdeviation,selectingareasonablejointform,andfacilitatingmaintenanceandreplacement.Thesemeasures

cansignificantlyextendtheservicelifeofconveyorbelt,whichisofgreatpracticalsignificanceforthenormaloperationof

materialkickoutdeviceandtheentiremachine,aswellasforreducingmaintenancecosts.
