[摘要]数字化技术，是建筑全生命周期的重要工具，它贯穿到了设计、施工、运维管理的各个阶段。将数字化技术

与能源管理技术相结合，探索和发现建筑能源互联网在全生命周期中的应用价值成为我们的研究方向。笔者通过项

目实验，实施了基于BIM技术的节能降碳产业技术路线，探索了基于人工智能技术的早期碳排放估算技术，实现了

加工制造过程中的能耗管控，打通了运维阶段的能源管理、多能互补、微电网等技术。本文由浅入深地阐述技术路

线如何落地、实施，并对项目中的应用价值进行分析。
