定价假设和要求

供应商应根据第2章“项目背景”中规定的所有服务拟议费用，并按照附件4.1‘定价表’中要求的信息进行。在制定

拟议费用时，供应商应考虑以下假设和要求：

1解决方案需要以极具竞争力的总拥有成本交付。CPA假设从“服务开始日期”起完整解决方案。2所有报价均需

以港元报价，并且必须包含所有费用。任何未在其他地方涵盖的成本领域必须在“其他”项下单独列出。所报价格机制

在整个合同期内应固定不变，涵盖所有方面。3需要定价（单位和估算工作量）的分解以及价格计算的假设。4如

果适用，请指定实施时支持CPA业务所需的硬件的指示性总成本，如果这不包括在其总解决方案中。供应商提议作为其

总解决方案一部分的任何硬件必须在“硬件”项下单独识别并分别定价。5供应商同意此提案自提交之日起有效一

年。6作为响应的一部分，供应商应展示任何适用于CPA的特别折扣、退款保证或退款机制或任何持续的成本改进计划。

7如果您希望与所请求的不同的定价机制，可以作为替代方案提出，但还必须基于所请求的机制进行回应。

Pricingassumptionsandrequirements

rshallprovideproposedchargesforalltheservicesasspecifiedintheChapter2‘ProjectContext’in

accordancetotheinformationasrequestedinAttachment4.1‘PricingSchedule.Inworkingontheproposed

charges,rshouldtakeintoconsiderationthefollowingassumptionsandrequirements:

1Thesolutionisrequiredtobedeliveredatahighlycompetitivetotalcostofownership.CPAassumesa

completesolutionstartingfromtheServicesCommencementDate.

2AllpricesaretobeedinHongKongdollarsandmustbeall-inclusive.Anyareasofcostwhicharenot

coveredelsewheremustbeidentifiedandlistedseparatelyunderOthers.Thepricemechanismsed

shouldbefixedandfirmforthedurationofthecontractcoveringallareas.

3Breakdownofpricing(unitandestimatedeffort)andtheassumptionsonhowthepriceiscalculatedshouldbe

provided.

4Pleasespecifytheindicativetotalcostofthehardware,ifapplicable,requiredtosupportCPAsbusinessatthe

timeofimplementationifthisisnotpartoftheirt
