磷铜球高效自动镦球机设计及应用

摘要：

针对磷铜球生产效率低、圆球成型质量低等问题，设计了一套高质高效镦球机系统。该系统以欧姆龙PLC控制器为

核心，分别设计了多方向校直装置、结构简单的剪断与松紧装置、具有导向功能的挤压装置，再结合液压传动技术、PLC控

制技术与传感器技术，优化了磷铜棒的校直效果，缩短了生产时间，保证了圆球成型质量。通过生产车间的实际运用证明，

该系统可以高质高效地完成磷铜球加工任务。

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsoflowproductionefficiencyandlowformingqualityofphosphorcopperball,asetofhigh

qualityandhighefficiencyupsettingmachinesystemisdesigned.WetakeOMRONPLCcontrollerasthecoreofthissystem,

anddesignmulti-directionalstraighteningdevice,simplestructurecuttingandtighteningdevice,andextrusiondevicewith

guidingfunction.Hydraulictransmissiontechnology,PLCcontroltechnologyandsensortechnologyareusedtooptimizethe

straighteningeffectofphosphorcopperbar.Theproductiontimeissaved,andtheballformingqualityisguaranteed.The

practicalapplicationintheproductionworkshopoftheenterpriseprovesthatthissystemcancompletethetaskofphosphor

copperballprocessingwithhighqualityandefficiency.
