发动机塑料进气歧管结构设计及CAE分析

摘要:
在汽车发动机塑料进气歧管三维型腔设计方案确定的基础上,进行了塑料进气歧管的结构设计和焊接设计,并对
进气歧管进行了CAE分析;计算结果显示,进气歧管在爆破压力、振动应力方面能满足强度要求,所设计的进气歧管满足最
初的设计目标要求。

manifold.Thecalculationresultsshowthattheintakemanifoldcanmeetthestrengthrequirementsintermsofburst
pressureandvibrationstress,andthedesignedintakemanifoldmeetstheoriginaldesigngoals.
