【摘要】本文认为，((脾胃论的精髓是五运六气，该书是在脏“气法时”和“气运衰旺”指导下写成的，重视四时阴阳升

降浮沉，把五运六气理论从外感引入到内伤之中，不但用五运六气理论阐述脾胃病的病因病机，还把五运六气理论扩大到治则及

制方遣药方面去了。本文开发了研究脾胃内伤病的最新思路，值得重视。

[Abstract]ThispaperholdsthattheessenceofTreatiseonSpleenandStomachisthetheoryoffivecircuitsandsixqi．Thebookis

undertheguidanceofthetheorythatvisceralqiisassociatedwithfourseasonsandthecircuitnadqiriseandfal1．Itattachesimportanceon

theascending，descending，floatingandsinkingoffourseasonsandyinandyang．Thebookbringsthethetheoryoffivecircuitsandsixqi

fromexternalcontractionfieldtotheinternaldamagearea．Itnotonlyusesthehteoryoffivecircuitsandsixqitoexplainthecauseand

pathogenofspleenandstomachdiseases，butalsoexpandsthetheorytotheareaofrteatmentprincipleanddrugsandprescription

application．Thispaperexploreanewestideaforstudyingtheintemaldamagediseasesofspleennadstomach．Itisworthattention．

人们只知道李东垣是“补土派”，创立了中医内伤脾胃生论》说：“天有五行御五位，以生寒暑燥湿风，人有五脏化五

百病的重要理论，重视脾胃升降及因时立论，却从来不知李东气，以生喜怒思忧恐。论言五运相袭而皆治之，终期之日，周

垣医学思想的核心是五运六气理论，本文现在阐述于下。而复始，余已知之矣。”《伤寒论·序》说：“天布五行，以运
