[摘要]目的：分析仑伐替尼药品不良反应（ADR）的发生情况与临床特点，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法：检索PubMed、

WebofScience、CNKI和万方数据库从建库至2023年6月关于仑伐替尼致ADR个案报道，对病例中患者信息进行统计分

析。结果：共纳入仑伐替尼致ADR个案报道54篇，涉及ADR共61例；ADR主要集中50岁以上患者（93.44%）；ADR以心

血管系统（16例）、泌尿系统（11例）和消化系统损害（11例）较为多见；严重的不良反应57例（93.44%），新的不良反应14例

（22.95%），死亡4例（6.35%）。结论：仑伐替尼相关ADR累及全身多个系统，且其中不乏新的、严重的甚至致死性的ADR，

应加强对仑伐替尼ADR的认识，以降低用药风险。

informationofincludedliteraturesweresummarizedandanalyzed.Results:Atotalof54articleswereinvolvedwith61cases

recorded.Theageofpatientswasmainly≥50yearsold(93.44%).ADRsoflenvatiniboccurredinanytime,whichmainlyinvolved

thecardiovascularsystem(16cases)andurinary(11cases)anddigestivesystem(11cases).SevereADRswere57cases(93.44%),

newADRswere14cases(22.95%)anddeathswere4cases(6.35%).Conclusion:LenvatinibhasawiderangeofADRs,which
