某社区COPD患者生活质量及健康知识需求情况问卷调查

目的通过问卷调查的方式分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者的生活质

量情况及对疾病相关自我保健知识的需求情况，为进一步制定个体化的护理干预

方案奠定基础。方法对某社区136例COPD的生活质量情况使用西雅图慢性

阻塞性肺疾病问卷进行调查，患者的心理状况采用宗氏心理评定量表进行评价。

使用自制量表对患者相关知识知晓情况及需求情况进行问卷调查。结果患者生

活质量总得分（285.7±10.1）；生活技能平均得分（87.7±4.9）分、情绪功能平均

得分（55.4±5.7）分、躯体功能平均得分（66.9±5.3）分、治疗满意情况平均得分

（76.2±5.4）分。患者焦虑状态得分（32.7±6.3）分，3例存在焦虑；患者抑郁状

态得分（37.5±7.3）分，21例存在抑郁。患者对疾病的预防、自我护理等方面存

在一定的知晓度，但在心理自我护理相关知识方面知晓率相对较低。患者对相关

知识的需求度较高（82.3%～100.0%）。结论COPD患者生活质量及心理状况较

差，虽然患者懂得一定的疾病相关知识，但需求度仍较大，十分有必要对患者进

行个体化的护理干预及健康宣教。
