皮带传动压轴力计算及其对减速机选型影响

摘：

用于固体废弃物破碎的单轴破碎机广泛采用一种皮带传动加减速机的动力布局方式，皮带传动的压轴力作用于

减速机输入端，对减速机寿命和选用有着非常大的影响，因而准确计算皮带传动产生的压轴力至关重要。文中介绍了3种压

轴力计算公式，并进行了比较；结合具体数据说明了压轴力对减速机寿命的影响，为减速机合理选型提供了理论支持。

Abstract:Thesingleshaftshredderusedforsolidwastecrushingmostlyadoptsthepowerlayoutofbeltdriveand

reducer.Thecompressionforceofthebeltdriveactsontheinputendofthereducerandhasagreatinfluenceonthelife

andselectionofthereducer.Accuratecalculationofthecompressionforcegeneratedbythebeltdriveiscritical.This

paperintroducesthreekindsofcompressionforcecalculationformulasandcomparesthem.Thespecificdatashowsthe

influenceofcompressionforceonthelifeofthereducer,whichprovidestheoreticalsupportforreasonablespeedreducer

selection.
