火灾自动报警系统设计

摘要

本设计是针对***行政楼的火灾自动报警系统设计，对其进行了设

计、计算并进行工程预算。

随着我国经济建设的迅速发展，人民生活水平不断提高，城市用地

日益紧张，促使建筑物正朝着高层化、密集化方向发展。高层建筑的特

点决定其火灾的危险性和高层建筑的火灾自动报警系统的重要性，一套

完整的火灾自动报警系统是高层建筑发生火灾时人们生命财产的有利

保障，是能否快速准确地发现火情，把火灾扑灭在萌芽状态的关键所在。

Abstract

designandcalculationoffire-fightingintheBuildingofXiamenInstituteofNational

Alongwiththequickeconomicdevelopmentofourcountryandcontinuous

increasingofthepeople’slifelevel,thecityisincreasinglynervouswiththeground,

urgingthebuildingsjustdevelopinthedirectionofhighanddensity.Thearchitectural

characteristicsofhighbuildingsdecidestheriskoffireandtheimportanceofthe

1引言

1.1建筑情况

***行政楼是学院各党政部门集中办公的场所，办公楼内来往人员

较多，在其内部还有各种贵重设备、资料、文献等，所以一定要做好防

火等工作。该楼共八层，其中三到八层为通用层，一层高5m，标准层

为4m，总共33m。每层建筑面积为1084.43m2。依据《高层民用建筑

防火设计规范》，该建筑为二类建筑，耐火等级为二级。

1.2火灾自动报警系统的作用
