摘要

本文建立于对家电行业上市公司营运能力分析的观察和了解，对当今时代

家电行业上市公司，海尔集团作为主要研究对象，从海尔集团公司的营运能力

进行了分析，本论文重点在于分析营运能力的指标体现，追寻和探知海尔集团

企业核心的营运能力在财务方面的表现;了解海尔集团公司财务实力情况;其次

侧重于针对海尔集团的营运能力各项财务数据分析指标的计算结果，进而得出

海尔集团公司营运能力中存在的问题，然后提出能解决企业实际问题的对策和

采纳的建议。本文在对家电行业上市公司海尔集团营运能力状况进行分析过程

中，最主要采用以下方法:比率分析法和因素分析法。通过企业基本的财务数据

分析可以看出家电行业上市公司在哪方面有营运不当的地方，可以逐步调整。

并且在哪方面有营运得当的地方，继续保持原有的优势经营。

Abstract

Thisarticleisbasedonobservationofthehomeapplianceindustrylistedcompa

niesoperatingcapacityanalysisandunderstanding,tocontemporaryhomeappliance

industrylistedcompanies,thehaiergroupasthemainresearchobject,fromanalyzes

theoperationabilityofhaiergroupcompany,thispaperfocusesontheanalysis,oper

atingabilityindicatorsseektoascertainthehaiergroupenterprisecoreabilityofoper

atinginthefinancialaspectsofperformance;Understandthefinancialstrengthofhai

ergroup;Secondly,itfocusesonthecalculationresultsofvariousfinancialdataanal

ysisindexesfortheoperatingcapacityofhaiergroup,andthenobtainstheproblems

existingintheoperatingcapacityofhaiergroup,andthenputsforwardcountermeasu

resandadoptedSuggestionstosolvethepracticalproblemsoftheenterprise.Inthis

paper,intheprocessofanalyzingtheoperatingcapacityofhaiergroup,alistedcomp

anyinthehomeapplianceindustry,thefollowingmethodsaremainlyadopted:ratio

analysismethodandfactoranalysismethod.Throughtheanalysisofbasicfinanciald

ataofenterprises,itcanbeseenthatthelistedcompaniesinthehomeapplianceindu

stryhaveimproperoperationsinsomeaspects,whichcanbeadjustedstepbystep.A

ndinwhichhastheoperationproperplace,continuestomaintaintheoriginalsuperio

ritymanagement.
