摘要：本文介绍了基于S7-1200系列PLC的自动化生产线设

计，包括硬件设计、PLC编程和界面设计。在硬件设计方面，

主要设计了自动点胶机和自动化装配线，采用了模块化设计，

结构紧凑、可操作性强，适合中小型企业的生产加工需求。在

PLC编程方面，主要采用S7-1200系列PLC进行编程，使用

高可靠性的SCL语言，实现对自动化生产线的控制。对生产

线的电气控制、过程控制以及自动化控制等进行了详细的设计

和编程，并通过仿真和调试保证了系统的稳定性和可靠性。在

界面设计方面，建立了人机界面，可通过触摸屏进行操作，并

进行了定时控制和报警控制等功能的设置。最后，通过对系统

功能进行测试和优化，证明了本设计的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:Thisarticleintroducesthedesignofanautomation

productionlinebasedontheS7-1200seriesPLC,including

hardwaredesign,PLCprogramming,andinterfacedesign.In

hardwaredesign,theautomaticgluemachineandautomated

assemblylinearedesignedmodularly,withcompactstructureand

strongoperability,whichissuitablefortheproductionand

processingneedsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.InPLC

programming,theS7-1200seriesPLCismainlyusedfor

programming,usingthehigh-reliabilitySCLlanguagetoachieve

designedandprogrammedindetail,ensuringthestabilityand

reliabilityofthesystemthroughsimulationanddebugging.In

interfacedesign,ahuman-machineinterfaceisestablished,which

canbeoperatedthroughatouchscreen,andfunctionssuchas

timingcontrolandalarmcontrolareset.Finally,bytestingand

thisdesignareproved.
