国内青少年非自杀性自伤研究现状

——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘要

非自杀性自伤(Non-SuicidalSelf-Injury,NSSI)已成为影响青少年身心健康发展的重要问题，日益引发教育

界和心理健康领域的重视。为系统把握我国在该领域的研究进展，本研究采用文献计量学方法，以中国知

网收录的相关文献为数据来源，检索时间跨度为建库至2024年6月。排除重复、不相关文献，最终纳入770

篇符合标准的研究文献，并运用CiteSpace可视化分析工具，从年发文量、研究机构分布、核心作者网络以

及关键词聚类等多个维度构建知识图谱。结果：近年相关文献年发文量大幅增长，研究热度渐升；国内安

徽医科大学的万宇辉教授是影响力较高的作者，该校也是发文量最高的机构；从关键词分析，国内学者关

注NSSI行为与精神疾病的关系，探讨心理特质、环境等因素对青少年NSSI行为的影响。
