基于动态能力理论的医共体信息共享路径分析

【摘要】

目的：探索医共体信息共享的实现路径，破解信息孤岛困境，助推区域医疗服务协同与医院高质量发展。方法：基于

动态能力理论，构建“感知识别-协调整合-柔性管理-创新发展”模型。分析国家及地方政策资料与医共体内部管理文件，对31

名医务人员及管理者进行半结构化访谈，采用扎根理论依次完成开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码，并通过理论饱和度检验。

结果：三级编码后，提炼出20个初始范畴、6个主范畴、4个核心范畴，明晰了医共体信息共享路径为：问题导向的感知识别、资

源协同的协调整合、战略转型的柔性管理和体系完善的创新发展。结论：提出构建多层联动机制，统筹盘活资源配置，动态优化

组织结构，深度构建四级医共体等建议，为驱动信息资源优化配置、区域医疗体系建设、分级诊疗落地和医院高质量发展奠定坚

实基础。

【Abstract】

Objective:Toexplorepathwaysforinformationsharinginmedicalclusters,addressinformationsilos,andpromotecoordinated
