Abstract

Aimingatthecharacteristicsofoilandgasfieldengineeringmaterialmanagementtechnology,

thispapercombinestheanalytichierarchyprocesstoestablishanoilandgasfieldfulllifecycle

planningindexsystem,andanalyzestheweightofthesystemindex.Themainconclusionsareas

follows:comparativeanalysisofdifferentinfluencingfactorsinoilandgasfieldsbasedonthe

analytichierarchyprocesscandeterminethecoefficientsofeachlayertarget,andthensolvefor

theweightcoefficientsinthesamelayer,andperformaconsistencytestonthematrixtoeffec-

tivelyjudgethematrixcharacteristics.Theanalysisoftheindicatorsoftheconstruction,opera-

tionandendstagesofoilandgasfielddevelopmentprojectscanbefound:theindicatorsofma-

terialmanagementplanningforoilandgasfieldprojectsbasedonthefulllifecycletheorypro-

posedinthispapercanwellreflecttheperformanceofoilandgasfielddevelopmentprojects.The

enterprise’sfulllifecycleplanningindicatorshavepassedtheconsistencytest.
