两种常用的偿还的方法：

摊销方法

借款人借款人通过定期分期付款的方式偿还人。.

偿债基金法

在每个期间，借款人向人支付利息，并在期末偿还全部本金。

借款人需要在期末通过大额还款来偿还全部本金。

借款人被要求定期向一个基金支付款项，该基金将在期末累积到的本金金额。

(i)在期限结束前，借款人希望偿还全部。

or

principalattheendofthetermbymakingonelump-sumrepayment.

Theborrowerisrequiredtomakeperiodicpaymentsintoafund,whichwillaccumulate

totheprincipalamountoftheloanattheend.

ReasonsoffindingtheOB:

(i)Beforetheendoftheterm,theborrowerwantstorepaythewholeloaninonesingle

payment.
