BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性PZ-11是⼀种具有抗肿瘤活性的噻唑烷⼆酮(thiazolidinedione)衍⽣物。PZ-11可通过下调抗凋亡基因

AIFM1、BAG3和BIRC3，以及调控促凋亡基因BAD、HRK、CASP10和CASP10来诱导癌细胞凋亡(

apoptosis)。PZ-11可⽤于乳腺癌的研究[1]。
