BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性PRP020是⼀种强效的、特异性的分枝杆菌ATP合酶(ATPsynthase)抑制剂，不抑制琥珀酸驱动的酸化。

PRP020对M.tuberculosis的MIC95为2μM，且对⼤部分耐药突变菌株仍保持活性。PRP020具有⾼安全性

，可⽤于抗结核研究。
