BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性(R,R)-Birelentinib(Compound14)是⼀种强效的BTK抑制剂，其对于BTKWT和BTKC481S的IC50分别为

0.7和0.86nM。(R,R)-Birelentinib抑制BTK⾃⾝的磷酸化，其IC50为24.3nM。(R,R)-Birelentinib对野⽣型

和C481S突变型HEK293细胞具有显著的抗增殖活性。(R,R)-Birelentinib可⽤于研究耐药性B细胞恶性肿瘤。
