BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性RSK4-IN-2(compound16o)是⼀种强效的具有⼝服活性的RSK4抑制剂，IC50为17nM。RSK4-IN-2通过抑制

RSK4下游靶点的磷酸化，抑制⾷管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)细胞的⽣长和侵袭。RSK4-IN-2可抑制ESCC⼩⿏模型

中的肿瘤⽣长和转移。RSK4-IN-2可⽤于ESCC研究[1]。
