氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦方案治疗老年原发性

高血压的疗效分析

【摘要】目的探讨氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦方案治疗老年原发性高血压患者的临床疗效。

方法164例老年原发性高血压患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组82例。研究组给予氢氯噻嗪联合

厄贝沙坦方案治疗,对照组给予氢氯噻嗪单药方案治疗。比较两组患者血压控制情况、血液生化指标

变化情况、不良事件发生率。结果治疗12周后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压较本组治疗前明显下降,

且研究组患者的收缩压(135.62±7.34)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)、舒张压(82.05±5.27)mmHg低于对照

组的(142.53±7.18)、(84.67±5.41)mmHg(P0.05)。研究组患者治疗12周后血压达标率为73.17%,高于

对照组的54.88%(P0.05)。治疗12周后,两组患者血清钠及对照组患者血清钾均较本组治疗前降低,对

照组患者血清钠-钾比值较本组治疗前升高,且研究组患者血清钾高于对照组,血清钠、血清钠-钾比

值低于对照组(P0.05)。研究组患者心血管事件发生率3.66%、药物相关不良反应发生率6.10%较对照

组的12.20%、15.85%显著更低(P0.05)。结论氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦方案在老年原发性高血压治疗

中具有显著的降压效果,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
