初治菌阳肺结核患者发生营养不良根因分析

【摘要】

本文目的在于探讨初治菌阳肺结核患者发生营养不良的根因及其预防性措施。通过系统分析国内外相关文献，发现营

养不良在肺结核患者中普遍存在，并与疾病严重程度、治疗效果及预后密切相关，并且营养不良的根因涉及多个方面。针对引发初

治菌阳肺结核患者发生营养不良的根因，提出了一系列预防性措施，强调通过综合性的预防和干预措施，可以有效改善初治菌阳肺

结核患者的营养状况，提高治疗效果，减少疾病复发和死亡，对结核病的有效控制具有重要意义。

[Abstract]Thepurposeofthisarticleistoexploretherootcausesofmalnutritioninpatientswithnewlydiagnosedbacteria-positive

pulmonarytuberculosisanditspreventivemeasures.Throughsystematicanalysisofrelevantdomesticandforeignliterature,itisfoundthat

malnutritioniswidespreadamongpatientswithpulmonarytuberculosisandiscloselyrelatedtotheseverityofthedisease,treatmenteffectand

prognosis.Moreover,therootcausesofmalnutritioninvolvemultipleaspects.Aseriesofpreventivemeasureshavebeenproposedfortheroot

causesofmalnutritioninpatientswithnewlydiagnosedbacteria-positivepulmonarytuberculosis.Itisemphasizedthatthroughcomprehensive

preventionandinterventionmeasures,thenutritionalstatusofpatientswithnewlydiagnosedbacteria-positivepulmonarytuberculosiscanbe

effectivelyimproved,thetherapeuticeffectcanbeenhanced,therecurrenceanddeathofthediseasecanbereduced,whichisofgreatsignificance

fortheeffectivecontroloftuberculosis.
