肛裂切除术联合内括约肌切开术对肛裂患者

的疗效分析

【摘要】目的分析肛裂切除术联合内括约肌切开术对肛裂患者的疗效。方法选取118例肛裂

患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为参照组和研究组,每组59例。参照组采用肛裂切除术进行治疗,研

究组在肛裂切除术基础上联合内括约肌切开术进行治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、肛门排便功能恢复

时间、切口愈合时间、并发症发生情况。结果研究组总有效率(100.00%)与参照组(94.92%)对比无显

著差异(P0.05)。研究组肛门排便功能恢复时间(6.64±1.28)d及切口愈合时间(8.01±2.43)d短于参照组

的(9.32±2.07)、(10.57±3.69)d(P0.05)。研究组肛门溢液发生率3.39%低于参照组的13.56%(P0.05)；

两组肛瘘、尿潴留发生率对比无显著差异(P0.05)。结论肛裂切除术联合内括约肌切开术对肛裂患者

具有较好的疗效,能够加速创面愈合、促进肛门功能恢复,并降低并发症发生率,因此,该手术方法值

得在临床实践中进一步推广和应用。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzethetherapeuticeffectofexcisionofanalfissurecombinedwithinternal
