泡沫硬化栓塞术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果分析

摘要目的：探析在精索静脉曲张患者中实施泡沫硬化栓塞术治疗的价值。方法：将2021年12月—2024年12月就诊

于武宣县人民医院的精索静脉曲张患者作为研究对象，共60例，随机分为研究组及常规组，各30例。常规组采用经腹腔

镜手术治疗，研究组采用泡沫硬化栓塞术治疗。比较两组术后并发症发生情况、临床治疗效果及生活质量评分。结果：与

常规组相比，研究组术后并发症发生率更低（P=0.044）。研究组治疗总有效率高于常规组（P=0.037）。治疗后，研究组心

理功能、躯体功能评分均高于常规组（P＜0.001）。结论：对于精索静脉曲张患者实施泡沫硬化栓塞术治疗，可有效降低术

后并发症发生率，提高其生活质量。

AbstractObjective:Toexplorethevalueofimplementingfoamhardeningembolizationinpatientswithvaricocele.Methods:

PatientswithvaricocelewhovisitedWuxuanCountyPeoplesHospitalfromDecember2021toDecember2024wereselectedas

theresearchsubjects,withatotalofsixtycases.Theywererandomlydividedintothestudygroupandtheconventionalgroup,with

thirtycasesineachgroup.Theconventionalgroupwastreatedwithlaparoscopicsurgery,whilethestudygroupwastreatedwith

foamhardeningembolization.Theoccurrenceofpostoperativecomplications,clinicaltherapeuticeffectsandqualityoflifescores

ofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:Comparedwiththeconventionalgroup,theincidenceofpostoperativecomplicationsin

thestudygroupwaslower(P=0.044).Thetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentinthestudygroupwashigherthanthatinthe

conventionalgroup(P=0.037).Afterthetreatment,thescoresofpsychologicalfunctionandphysicalfunctioninthestudygroup

werebothhigherthanthoseintheconventionalgroup(P0.001).Conclusion:Foamhardeningandembolizationforpatientswith

varicocelecaneffectivelyreducetheincidenceofpostoperativecomplicationsandimprovetheirqualityoflife.
