摘要目的：探究老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者吸入制剂使用依从性及其影响因素。方法：选取2022年6月—

2023年6月北京市朝阳区六里屯社区卫生服务中心收治的老年COPD患者120例作为研究对象，采用自制调查表记录患

者的相关资料，采用Morisky服药依从性量表（MMAS-8）评估其用药依从性。根据MMAS-8评分将患者分为依从性好组

和依从性差组，比较两组相关资料，分析老年COPD患者吸入制剂使用依从性的影响因素。结果：120例老年COPD患者

中，吸入制剂使用依从性好组75例，依从性差组45例。病程、对自身疾病了解情况、吸入制剂重要性了解情况、吸入制剂

使用种类数量是老年COPD患者吸入制剂使用依从性的独立影响因素（P＜0.001）。结论：老年COPD患者吸入制剂使用

依从性与其病程、对自身疾病了解情况、吸入制剂重要性了解情况、吸入制剂使用种类数量有关，临床需实施针对性干预，

以提高患者用药依从性和治疗效果。

Scale(MMAS-8)wasusedtoassesstheirmedicationadherence.BasedonMMAS-8scores,patientsweredividedintoagood

adherencegroupandapooradherencegroup.Therelevantinformationofthetwogroupswascompared.Theinfluencingfactorsof

inhaleddrugproductusecomplianceofelderlypatientswithCOPDwereanalyzed.Results:Among120elderlypatientswith

COPD,therewere75casesinthegoodadherencegroupand45inthepooradherencegroupforinhaleddrugproductuse.
