子宫内膜癌患者术后下肢淋巴水肿发生情况及影响因素分析

摘要目的：统计子宫内膜癌患者术后下肢淋巴水肿发生情况，分析其影响因素。方法：将2020年11月—2023年5月

于山东第二医科大学附属医院接受手术治疗的298例子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象，根据下肢淋巴水肿发生情况分为发

生组、未发生组。比较两组一般资料，分析子宫内膜癌患者术后下肢淋巴水肿的影响因素。结果：术后，69例患者发生下

肢淋巴水肿，占23.15%。淋巴结清扫数目≥20个、术后引流时间≥5d、辅助化疗、辅助放疗、术后不规律运动、伴有高血压

或糖尿病、术后每天平均站立时间≥5h、术后进行体力劳动是子宫内膜癌患者术后下肢淋巴水肿的独立危险因素（P＜0.05）。

结论：子宫内膜癌患者术后下肢淋巴水肿的发生率较高，影响因素涉及多个方面，临床需制定精准干预措施，预防患者术

后下肢淋巴水肿的发生，以改善患者生活质量。
