摘要：本文运用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法和比较分析等研究方法，对2024年第9届Cantan-

hedeFIG世界杯竞技健美操男子单人操前3名运动员难度动作的选编、运用、完成情况与分值进行比较分

分0.8分的难度选用率最高；在难度组别的选用上,B组难度动作选用率最高；男子单人操前3名运动员

主要选择空中难度动作与地面难度动作进行组合衔接。

Abstract:Thepresentstudyutilizesresearchmethodsincludingliteraturereview,videoanalysis,mathematical

statistics,andcomparativeanalysistoexaminetheselection,utilization,execution,andvaluesofdifficultyelements

ofthetopthreeMensIndividualgymnastsofCompetitiveAerobicGymnasticsatthe9thFIGWorldCupin

Cantanhede2024.ThefindingsrevealthatthetopthreeMensIndividualgymnastsprimarilyselecteddifficulty

valuesrangingfrom0.6to1.0inthecompositionoftheirroutines,withthehighestutilizationratesfordifficulty

valuesof0.7and0.8.Additionally,therewasapreferencefortheutilizationofdifficultygroupBmovements.

Furthermore,thetopthreeMensIndividualgymnastspredominantlycombinedandconnectedaerialdifficulty

elementswithfloordifficultyelements.
