改良手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的效果分析

摘要目的：研究改良手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕（BPPV）的临床效果。方法：选取2023年8月—2024年7月

于衢州市第二人民医院就诊的BPPV患者100例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（传统手法复位治疗）与观察组（改良手法

复位治疗），每组50例。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组前庭症状指数评分低于对照组（P＜0.001）；治疗后，观

察组Berg平衡量表评分高于对照组（P＜0.001）；观察组总有效率高于对照组（P=0.046）；治疗后6个月，观察组复发率低

于对照组（P=0.027）。结论：改良手法复位治疗BPPV的临床效果理想，有利于改善患者的前庭症状和平衡能力，降低复发

风险。
