经脐单孔腹腔镜全子宫切除术的应用价值分析

【摘要】目的分析经脐单孔腹腔镜全子宫切除术的应用价值。方法选取132例行全子宫切除

术的患者为对象,根据手术方式不同分为干预组(67例)和对照组(65例)。干预组行经脐单孔腹腔镜手

术治疗,对照组行传统多孔腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者的手术指标、术后并发症发生情况、瘢痕美

观度评分和手术满意度评分。结果两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、首次下床时间和排气时间接近,

差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。干预组术后并发症发生率为2.99%,稍低于对照组的7.69%,但差异无统计

学意义(P0.05)。干预组患者的瘢痕美观度评分(7.35±1.46)分低于对照组的(9.06±1.78)分,手术满意

度评分(4.16±0.63)分高于对照组的(3.74±0.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔

镜全子宫切除术安全有效,因术后无肉眼可见的手术瘢痕,可提高患者的治疗满意度,具有推广价值。
