治疗小儿喘息性支气管肺炎的临床效果分析

摘要目的：探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇方案用于小儿喘息性支气管肺炎中的临床效果。方法：选取思南县人民医院

儿科收治的喘息性支气管肺炎患儿100例（2022年7月—2023年7月），随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例。两组均行抗感

染治疗，在此基础上，对照组应用布地奈德，观察组在对照组基础上给予沙丁胺醇。比较两组临床疗效、康复指标、炎性反应

及不良反应情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P=0.006）；观察组各症状转归时间短于对照组（P＜0.001）；

治疗后，观察组CRP、中性粒细胞计数、白细胞计数水平低于对照组（P＜0.001）；两组不良反应发生率比较，无统计学差

异（P＞0.05）。结论：布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇可有效减轻喘息性支气管肺炎患儿机体炎性反应，促进患儿病情早期恢复，

且不会增加不良反应，临床应用安全有效。

bronchopneumonia.Methods:Select100pediatricpatientswithwheezingbronchopneumoniafromSinanCountyPeoplesHospital

(July2022toJuly2023)andrandomlydividethemintoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroup,with50casesineachgroup.

Bothgroupsreceivedanti-infectiontreatment.Onthisbasis,thecontrolgroupwasgivenbudesonide,andtheobservationgroup

wasgivensalbutamolonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theclinicalefficacy,rehabilitationindicators,inflammatoryresponsesand

adversereactionsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:Thetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentintheobservationgroupwas

higherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P=0.006).Therecoverytimeofeachsymptomintheobservationgroupwasshorterthanthat

inthecontrolgroup(P0.001).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofC-reactiveprotein,neutrophilcountandwhitebloodcellcountinthe
